Prohibited Content & Behavior
Illegal Content
Any content that violates local, state, or federal laws, including but not limited to copyright infringement, illegal substances, weapons, or fraudulent activities.
Hate Speech & Discrimination
Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
Adult Content
Sexually explicit content, nudity, or adult services. 9Lives is a professional platform focused on creative and business services.
Harassment & Bullying
Targeted harassment, bullying, doxxing, or threatening behavior toward any individual or group. This includes persistent unwanted contact.
Fraudulent Activities
Scams, pyramid schemes, money laundering, identity theft, or any other fraudulent financial activities. All transactions must be legitimate business exchanges.
Spam & Manipulation
Spam, automated posting, fake reviews, vote manipulation, or any artificial inflation of metrics or rankings through deceptive means.
Dangerous Activities
Content promoting self-harm, dangerous challenges, unlicensed medical advice, or activities that could cause physical or psychological harm.
Security Violations
Hacking, malware distribution, phishing, account takeovers, or any attempts to compromise platform security or user data.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates our community standards, please report it immediately. We take all reports seriously and investigate them promptly.
Document the Issue
Take screenshots or note specific details about the violation, including usernames, timestamps, and the nature of the content or behavior.
Submit a Report
Use our reporting form or email contact@9livesmarketplace.com with detailed information about the violation and any supporting evidence.
Our Review Process
Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24-48 hours and takes appropriate action based on our community standards.
Follow-Up
We'll notify you about the outcome of your report and any actions taken, while respecting the privacy of all parties involved.
Enforcement Actions
When community standards are violated, we take proportionate action based on the severity and frequency of the violation. Our enforcement is designed to be fair, consistent, and focused on rehabilitation when possible.
Warning
First-time or minor violations receive a formal warning with guidance on our community standards.
Content Removal
Violating content is removed from the platform while allowing the user to continue participating.
Temporary Suspension
Account access is temporarily restricted for repeat violations or more serious infractions.
Permanent Ban
Severe violations or repeated offenses result in permanent removal from the platform.
Legal Action
For illegal activities, we cooperate with law enforcement and may pursue legal remedies.
